Lazy Days can be Biking Days

Quick post before I'm off to Il Divo for a night out!
I had a nice lazy Saturday morning with the kids; it took a lot
of motivation to get me out of the house but finally I decided to move... so I
headed off to Blarney with the bikes and roller-skates.
I had to take it very easy as Marisa was struggling to keep-up
on the roller skates. (Again I was staying with my lazy theme of the day!).
In
the lovely warm weather, there were a lot of cyclists out and about.

Sadly, my Operation Transportation days are nearly up and I'm really going to miss this bike! I don't want to imagine going back to the car
full time.
Image on the right is from another spanish website: http://elplanetaciclista.blogspot.ie My patchy spansih translation ) feel free to correct) is that the caption means:
"Mechanics of the Bicycle": "The bicycle is a curious vehicle. It's passenger is it's engine."
The benefits of a Bicycle chart was found on a blog called http://www.110pounds.com by a woman who explains how she lost 110 pounds by changing her lifestyle to include things like more cycling!
